It will not download. I have been waiting for days. I have 1000Gbps download network. All products are registered authorized etc....... When I initiate download it says downloading andjust stays there and I cannot download any of the other applications that i need to work. IThe software program says nothing else can be installed until sample tank is complete.!!!!!
?????? Please advise

Please make sure the directory set as your download location in the IK Product Manager's Settings is writeable and has correct permissions. That should resolve the issue. You may need to restart in order to get any changes recognized (and is a good idea generally anyway).
