Changing Password won't work!!!

Hi everyone,

So i forgot my password..Clicked on "Forget" and did get a new one send per Mail...
Obviously I want to change the password now again but that won't work. All the time I get the message "Password must contain upper letter,lower letter, Number etc etc"..

I tried many different passwords with all the requirements but nothing works ...Everytime I get the message and I'm not able to change the pre configured password from IK...

Anybody got a solution?

Contact Support, via the IKM web site, and let them know that Change Password does not work for you. Give them a few examples.

I did so but until now they didn't reply back...

I also got problems with AmpliTube... Most of the effects are locked...If I add a user patch from tone.net I all the time got this loud "demo noise"every 10 seconds ...Very annoying...
I tried re authorize the software but nothing works...
