Connecting Axe I/o to looper

This may have been asked already so I apologize at the start.
I have the Amplitube 5 max and Axe I/O that I got as a bundle for Christmas.
When I run the output to either my Boss Rc 505 Looper input and run the output from the Looper to one of my amps I get a hum. Or when I run the Axe I/O to the amps I also get the hum.
I appreciate any assistance.

I would recommend to use a simple hum killer device such as the Behringer HD400. It is cheap and works! Good luck!
