Modeler not available - Tonex registered with AXE I/O One

So the problem is the following.
I own the AXE I/O One and it's registered, working properly, showing up IK product manager, so far so good. I download the TONEX trough the manager, open it up, I'm able to download, I see a lot of amp/stomp models but when I want to open the modeler section it says that modeler is not available in this version of Tonex. And this is when I'm getting lost...with the hardware I should get not the TONEX SE, but the normal one, that is able to do captures.
I was already trying to reinstall the software, but it didn't help.

Anyone experienced the same?

AXE I/O One includes TONEX SE per https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/a ... php?p=apps

However, that should allow you to capture Tone Models. I would suggest unauthorizing then reauthorizing TONEX in your IK Product Manager and if that doesn't work please reach out to IK Support for direct assistance. Thank you.
