There seems to be no CC setting for OFF on any of the stomp boxes. Once on, sending that CC again doesn't turn it off nor does there seem to be an option for it.
What am I missing? I simply want to be able to turn the WAH (or any other stompbox) on / off with my MIDI foot pedal.
