How to unlock all my stuff

dang this gets old!!
Just opened sample tank 4 in a DAW track. I clicked on an instrument and everything has a lock on it!!!!!!
Any help once again would be appreciated!

Where in the Hell do I enter these 1000 different serial numbers to authorize all this crap??

All IK software is installed and authorized using IK Product Manager. If your products are authorized there and you still have the issue, try to un-authorize and then re-authorize them. I un-authorized then re-authorized and it fixed everything.
So sorry That I can't figure anything out on my own!

Hello, I am new to IK Multimedia. I bought a bundle from Humble and I am spending these days installing sounds etc etc (it takes ages, by the way. Although it´s worth it because the sounds are amazing). I installed Malletension yesterday and when I opened Sample tank this morning, the Malletension icon had a locker on it. I read all your comments about un-authotising it and re-authorising it. Hoy do I do that? Please, help.
