Thanks. Mine came with a little over 100. IK Multimedia asked me to uninstall and reinstall, deactivate and reactive -- same thing. I feel shortchanged. I asked if they could just send me a Zip file with all of the presets and they never replied. That was over a month ago.

If you have some kind of filter on you’ll get a smaller number of presets. I would play around a bit because it sounds like you probably have a filter for a specific amp pack or something.

Plus it really does sound like you have a filter on. I would suggest trying the Gear Selector to set the filter to everything you own. See it in action in the video below.
