Cannot create nickname

I tried and tried to create a nickname, but it kept saying it wasn't unigue. I even tried randomly hitting keys creating a nickname that was more that 20 characters and I still got the same error. Please help

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

i had the same problem, they had to do it for me at support...i can no longer make any changes to the page without getting the error...no idea whats going on.

Yeah, it's still the same, i cannot make any profile changes since they manually changed my nickname....
