Hammond B-3X mod wheel iss on Roland AX7

Ok So...the Mod wheel on a Roland AX7 is a bar that you push down to turn the modulation on and it goes off when you let go of the bar....and thats the way it works on all Synths.....Except on this VST. I can turn on the Leslie speed from slow to fst by pushing on the Mod bar but its then stuck in fast mode even when I let go of the mod bar.....which would send a 0 continuous data signal. Any ideas on how to fix this?

So it turns out that theres some intermittent issue as the mod wheel started working on its own for a while but then it stopped working all together. I tested it on 2 different keyboards so i know its not the mod wheel but rather the software.
