ToneX Pedal DOA

Just sharing that my ToneX pedal is DOA. Hopefully it is an isolated incident, but just thought folks should be aware. The sides light up, but the screen does not come on.

As this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.

I wasn’t asking for support. I was reporting that I have a non working unit in case there are others with the same problem.

I suggested Support as I thought that you wished to replace the pedal under warranty.

I can see the frustration even though they will most certainly send you a new one! To me it'd be like getting a "whiz-bang" toy for Christmas as a kid and finding it has no batteries included. You KNOW my parents would get me some as soon as the store opened but I could only stare at the toy for a day or two. :D

I should update and say that IK Support and Customer Service is incredible! After attempting to troubleshoot the issue with no luck, they overnighted me a brand new pedal that works flawlessly.

Can’t say enough good things about this company.
