Axe FX 2 and Tonex?

Hi

does anyone know if I would be able to capture some of my AxeFX 2 sounds with Tonex? I've been trying to figure it out but just getting loads of feedback with the interface. I'm wondering if it can be done with just the AxeFX as the interface instead or a combination of both?
