Latest in an ongoing support case I were asked to install something which I did.
Then I either mixed up IK-Multimedia with some other brand or didn't remember correctly so I thought that I could de-authorize the software by logging into account on the internet and remove the authorized PC from the list there , so after the install I just reverted Windows to a previous state using a previously made restore point.
Today I found out that that were a mistake since I apparently cannot de-authorize from account on internet and I can not de-authorize using the IK Product Manager either since that only works for the PC that it is installed on !
So ! , question ! :
Is there really no way or 'trick' to de-authorize deleted IK Multimedia software other than e.g. contacting support ?
