Tonex Capture incoming Already have Tonex Max any trouble?

I already have Tonex Maxx and use a Two notes capture, PreSonus AudioBox-44 and an eleven rack to do the captures. I went ahead and ordered a Tonex Capture and I see you need to register it. Including installing the software. If I already have a working copy of Tonex Max will I run into any snags? It was a nightmare getting Tonex Max to recognise th fact that I owned it and even shelled out another $250.00 to buy it a second time ( I own two licenses for it now and two accounts with IK) I want it to remain functional with no snafus and don't want to have to wait several days for Customer Support to fix.
