You could put 2 instances of ToneX plugins on a single track in your DAW. The first instance would be your preamp capture, the second would be your power amp capture. Then of course you put whatever FXs you want between them.
This turns into an exercise of, can I do this?, but to what end? Is it to simulate what your real amp can do? If you want, you can put an FX loop within an FX loop, till you run out of computer power.
When I think about it (Tonex) is a preamp capture period. Everything is pre amp, you, your guitar, cables, amp, air, mic, FX, CD, MP3, Satellite raidio, phone all of it pre (before) your power amplifier that drives your actual listening speakers. And if you have powered monitors, guess what, more preamps. Ok , done with the rabbit trail.
