ILOUD SPEAKER MONITOR - Not connecting via bluetooth

Greetings All,
Having issues pairing anything with my iLoud speakers.
Samsung tablet showing error " cannot pair with device "
Samsung Phone stating " need app to connect device "
Iphone not seeing the speakers at all during scan.

Knob is on INF, reset all devices, bluetooth pairing button is flashing blue,
cannot Pair speakers.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Evillone. Bough iLoud Speaker monitors today and have exactly same problem.
Monitors are not visible by any devices (iOS, android) while Bluetooth pairing flashing blue all the time.
Did you find a solution?

yes , i did find a solution.
IK was sending emails back indicating that it was an issue with me or my phone/devices.
It ended up being defective unit was sent to me.
no device was recognizing the monitors.
I sent them back, received a new pair and the new pair synced up with no issues right away.

Send yours back, seems they are having issues with a few units failing bluetooth feature.

Only IK Support can authorize a return. They will work with each person individually as many issues that may appear to be "exactly the same" frequently are not. If a return is necessary, they will determine and authorize appropriately.
