Error 202 when registering new iRig HD 2

I registered my iRig HD 2 on the computer app and realised that I can't get a product code for amplitube for my phone from the computer app. I tried registering the product on the amplitube app on my phone but I get an error with code 202. I have not picked a free bonus software yet and want to pick amplitube but the app is not letting me, is anyone able to help?

Hi, the serial number for your iRig HD 2 would come printed on a card in the box. Is that what you are trying to enter? There should also be a QR code and link there on that card to help you register that serial.
