Just setting my new computer. Downloaded the new IK Program Manager and reinstalled all my software. Yes. BUT, installed the updated Custom Shop (IK Program Manager says it was installed), but keep getting an error message that some file isn't found and thus it won't open. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Any advice on next steps. I hate to contact support unless I really need to. Thanks.
