Product not showing up in IK Product Manager

I've just purchased the upgrade to Amplitube 5 MAX, but it's not showing up in product manager. I've registered it by inputting the serial number and rebooted, but there's nothing showing up?

Can anyone help?

Click the Products button under the AT 5 entry. You should see every version you have
