Purchased Fender 2, White noise

Running Mac.
I have never encountered such confusing software. I have been using AmpliTube 5 and purchased Fender 2 with no problems. I just purchased Fender 1 and a lot of the presets say This preset includes features (Full Chain) which require a paid version of Amplitube 5, due to this, white noise burst will still be experienced until purchase..
If I have purchased both Fender 1 and 2, why would a lot of the presets white noise.
I don't like feeling ripped off.

What is Full Chain?
When I go through the Fender 1 presets, I gets hiss on a lot of the presets.
I can't find the piece that is causing the hiss.
The presets contain all that I own. amp,mic,room etc.
if I have purchased an amp collection, it is very strange that the presets won't work.

Which version of AT5 do you own? It could be that present is using an element that you don't own. Usually a mic, or pedal or room or something. You can go into it and change the element to something you do own or just remove it and re-save the preset.

I have the same problem. Sessions that used to work fine, now I get hiss all over.

If an element in the chain is not authorised it should have a "lock" sign, no?

I don't have anything with a "lock" in the chain and I still get hiss.
