Irig ProI/O stops working

I´m having some issues with my Irig Pro I/O device. I use it normally for about 10 seconds then interrupts, works again a couple of seconds, does this a couple of times and then stops working for good. The blue light appears after that. I´m using it with an iphone XS.
Anyone has a clue how can I solve this problem?
At first I thought the device could be broken but when I unplugg and plug it again to my cell phone it works again... but does the same thing: works for about 10 seconds....

Hey there,

Normally for intermittent connections as such it is most likely a cable issue.
I would recommend trying with another device or system such as a Mac or PC

However, for more tech specific instruction; I would highly recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
