Logic Pro Crashed Down

Hello, if i do wrong with opening new topic please forgive me but i could not find a way to direct support or similar topic.

I've just ordered Fame Studio Reverb. But it does not work. When i add it on my strip Logic Pro crashes and close.

In scanning plug-ins, it can't scan Joe Chiccarelli Vocal Strip. I think it happens because of this.
Anyone has an idea how can i fix it and use my own plug-in ?

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
