As no other OTNEX users have chipped in, please contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. After searching the FAQs, there may be relevant results, and you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page.

In case anyone here has the same question, here is the answer I got :

If you want to backup your Captures on your computer here is how you can do it.
- Click on Preset in Tonex
- Press the button on the right of the Preset button, the down arrow.
- Name your preset the same as your Capture amp and save
- Right click on the Preset and and Export.
Now you can save your captures as a file. The Tonemodel is included in the preset so if you import it back in from here it will show up in the main Tonemodel list.

How does this work in iOS? Like if I purchase captures from someone?

The other way, and the way I'm currently using to move captures between computers, is to upload them to Tonenet, that way you effectively have cloud storage. It does however mean your captures are public, so it depends how you feel about that.

To backup Captures on a computer:

Go to Preset in Tonex and press the down arrow on the right of the Preset button.
Name the preset the same as the Capture amp and save it.
Right-click on the preset and export.
The Tonemodel is included, allowing the capture to show up in the main Tonemodel list when imported.

I have an IPad Pro running the TONEX iOS app and cannot figure out how to install the Jason Sadites patches I purchased. Anyone know how to install them? I’m sure it is something that I am missing here but I can’t seem to find any way to install them. Thanks in advance.

If you bought his packs on ToneNET you should be able to perform a Restore Purchases and see them.

I bought his packs directly from his website. How do I load them into TONEX iOS?

You need to import them into the TONEX software on your computer first, the iOS version does not import separate files. I'm sure he can provide more support for the purchase you made from him if you run into trouble, though.
