Fame floating window not visible/accessible

Hi!
I recently downloaded and installed the Fame Studio Reverb through the group buy, but when I try to use it in Ableton Live the floating window doesn't show up. All other plugins' floating windows show up as normal but Fame is nowhere to be found. Any hints on how to solve this would be highly appreciated!

I run OS 10.4 on a MacBook Pro M1 with Ableton Live 11.1.6.

If the app is opened, slide down for the Control Center and you will see it there. It's the box icon with facing / alternating arrows inside
