Buzzing, low tone from Amplitube 5? (Video)

Does this sound off to you? I feel like the tone is very much in the low end and sounds muffled and has a bad buzz to it.

I use a Fender Telecaster, but Im considering changing guitars now as I feel this lacks clarity and a crisp high end?

Could it be the Audio Interface?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
