My X Space won't turn on.

I just bought an X-Space. When I first plugged it in with the supplied power supply, nothing happened. Then I checked the connection to power by moving to another plug. All LEDs lit up for a few seconds, then it went dark again. I can't get it to turn back on.

I have reached out to CS as well on this.

I used another PS and have the same issues. Sometimes it powers up with all or most of the LEDs lit, other times, no LEDs. It is not recognized by my PC as a USB device, and the recovery process does not work because the Librarian app does not see it connected and gives the message: "No device connected in DFU mode!"

This was resolved by support. Pedal was basically DOA, they replaced it. No hassle really, but fairly long delay between the day IK received the unit and when I received the replacement (I shipped it out on 7/18 and received a new unit on 8/2).

And, just to say, 2 weeks turn-round does not sound too bad to me.
