Already bought the Leslie Models, and some other amps and cabs, and could have bought MAX when I got 5 but now it will cost me $200 additional (on top of the 99 I already paid) is there an avenue for a discount to upgrade from 5 to 5 Max?

If you click the red 'head-and-shoulders' icon in the upper right hand corner of the IK web site (assuming you are logged in), you'll get a drop-down with an option Crossgrade/Upgrade. The page should then list any available discounts based on versions you already own.
