Some sound files are missing / SampleTank4Max

I have purchased sample tank4 max and am using it by downloading sound files from ProductManager, but it seems that some of the sample tank3 sound files as described in this manual(https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/i ... uments.pdf) are not downloaded.

For example, I cannot find the electric guitar sound source.

What is the cause?

Very difficult to other users to diagnose what might be the issue in with your downloads. Suggestion: Contact support and give them specifics as to what products you feel is missing.
