amplitube custom shop

soooo..I downloaded free demo of custom shop. It does not appear in my plug ins in logic px
i clicked on "try" on an amp head and the countdown clock has now started,but no window for the amp opens.This **** gets so old. What am I doin wrong please? Thanks to anyone who can help. Play on!

Hello Rockgoblin777 and welcome to the forums.

It sounds like you have opened the Custom Shop app rather than AT5CS itself.

Depending on what you initially installed, in your Applications folder you should see 3 apps - AmpliTube 5, Custom Shop and IK Product Manager.

Open the IKPM, sign in and then make sure that AT5 is installed and authorised. If it isn't, the IKPM will lead you through the process.

Once complete, click on the AT5 icon (yellow with AT in kind of a plectrum outline) and that should open the actual AT amp sim app.

Not sure why it doesn't appear in LPX, although it could be because it hasn't been installed yet.
