I am registered user of AmpliTube 3 and recently updated my Mac to 64 bit Catalina. Now neither the installed version of Amplitube 3 starts, nor can I install the downloaded .dmg. The error messages indicates that this product is not suited for my computer. What can I do?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Maybe a Mac use will chip in and explain what the incompatibility is.
Meanwhile, you should be able to install AmpliTube 5 Custom Shop (or maybe AmpliTube Custom Shop (v4.10.0) then, in the Custom Shop program, login, click on your Account Name and select "Restore my purchases".
Then your AT3 gear should be available in the newer software.
