Music File Saving/Location

Did a test recording using iRig acoustic, where does it store the file so that I can Ofer to iMac AmpliTube 5? thanks.

MP3 on an external Sandisk drive that also contains my Rekordbox database so I can jump back and forth between two computers. I regularly back everything up to a local SSD as well, as I've already accidentally removed the external drive without ejecting first and corrupted a bunch of stuff.
