Amplitube 5 problem!

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you if the same thing has happened to me, and it is that when I use my iRIG HD2 with Amplitube 5, when I change presets or when the volume is increased a lot, the software produces a noise like interference and it stays like this permanent, the only way to fix it is to close the program and open it again. Why is this happening? is it an iRIG bug? or the Amplitube software? :cry:
