Amplitube won't authorize, I keep hearing static

Pretty much what the subject says. I've unauthorized and reauthorized, uninstalled and reinstalled, but Amplitube won't come out of trial mode - bursts of static every few seconds. I always got that in standalone mode but now it's happening when I use it as a plugin as well.
