M1 Mac Install Issues

My M1 MacMini is located at my home with a VERY slow internet connection. I have manually downloaded install files for Syntronic 2 Deluxe (~65GB) at another location with better internet speed.

When I try to install from DMG file I get a crash report. This happens with every DMG for this product. I did a test by downloading one of the individual instruments via Product Manager and that works.

I could take the Mac to another location and use PM, but that will be a huge pain in the....

I am also concerned that not being able to do a manual install means having a backup of all files is meaningless.

What are my options?

I have the same issue. I see no further replies. Have you solved it?

I visited a city friend with much better internet speeds and downloaded and installed directly from IK Product Manager.

nb. I never contacted IK support, so they may be able to help.
