This is probably a question answered before, so apologies if appropriate, but I couldn't find it in the forum.
I'm trying to install SampleTank 4 SE. Everything seems fine, but when I try to open an instrument, ST lists only the Multis and a few demo pianos.
I've un- and reinstalled several times, I've rescanned, I've moved and copied files - no joy.
I use Product Manager with default settings. Win 10 Home.
The only quirk I've spotted is that my computer lacks a Users/Public/Documents path. Instead it's Public/Public Documents. But the Multis show, so evidently the path is no problem there.
Really frustrated. Would appreciate help. Thanks.
