American Clean/Lead MKIII amp crash

Postby danfinamore » Thu Feb 17, 2022 12:42 am

I was wondering if anybody else has this experience.

Every time I use the American Clean or Lead MKIII amp, and I use the Pull Deep button, the whole program crashes.

This is not happening for me on macOS, I would suggest opening a ticket with IK Support if you haven't already done so.

Hi Peter, I did some troubleshooting and played around with the Audio Sample Rate. My interface is as high as 192khz but I lowered it to 44.8khz and it seemed to resolve the issue.

Is there a recommend sample rate that we should use which would give us the best digital signal quality for our guitar tone?

Personally, I like 48kHz which works quite well with AmpliTube and other plugins.
