20th Anniversary Tone Up valid only for IKM shop?

Hello,

is the 20th Anniversary Tone Up to get AmpliTube 5 or AmpliTube iOS All-in Bundle FREE with selected Hardware like the iRig HD 2 only valid if You purchase from the IK Multimedia store or is it valid for hardware bought from other vendors (like Thomann), too?

It is valid either from IK direct or from authorized dealers.
