License transfer of hardware and bundled software

I have several IK Multimedia products I want to sell.
It looks like it is easy to transfer hardware licenses.
I managed to remove an AxeIO from my account already and freed the license.
But how about AmpliTube 4 Deluxe or AmpliTube 5 SE that comes bundled with it?

I already bought a license transfer code, but that does not seem to work. I want to cancel this order, too, if it is not applicable to the products I own.

Please help me with the process, what is transferable and how.
