Cant assign the sample library path to Sampletron 2

Hi.
i downloaded the samples for Sampletron2 from the ik website as zip files, i installed them to a location on HD, when i open sampletron2 is cant find the sounds, i set the sample path from the settings but it cant find them as it is ignored, no list of sounds on dampletron shown !

how to solve this ?

When you said "i installed them to a location on HD" what exactly did you do?

What folders /files are in that location?

just installed the regular app installer on C drive, then installed the the samples from the zip filed to other SSD on my PC. the samples are there but cant assign them to sampletron.

Edit: i noticed now that in the sample library there are only *.pak files but not the presets files , maybe thats a clue to the problem and how to solve it ?

Yes it seems that the installed library is not complete. You need the SampleTron instrument files (.st4i file extension) too.

And, make sure that SampleTron 2 is pointing at the top-level folder (named "SampleTron II" in my screenshot).

Check what download files are in the IKPM downloads folder. I think that you can UnZip them and run the installers yourself.

Or, go to your User Area / My Products and download them from there.

cant find the presets on my PC.
maybe ill just uninstall and install all over again but this time from the IK Product manager.
checked the downloaded zip files,and couldnt find prests there also if they soppused to be there.

Looking in My Products, I see 4 download files:

SampleTron 2 Instruments Installer
SampleTron 2 Samples installer Part 1
SampleTron 2 Samples installer Part 2
SampleTron 2 Samples installer Part 3

You're missing the first, and maybe others.
