I've already opened a technical support ticket, but after 20 days I had no answer.

I opened another technical support question for another problem I encountered with using iRig Keys I/O 49 with Logic X, even then no response received from technical support after 2 weeks.

Are we sure there is technical support?

The only thing you can't use JamPoints on is when there is a coupon applied.

You would need Total Studio 3.5 MAX plus the products that have come afterward. We are still including Syntronik 2, FAME, and TASCAM but that may end soon as it is a limited time offer (and the introductory pricing for the Total Studio 3.5 MAX ends after today). But AmpliTube MESA/Boogie 2 is not included just to note as that came out after the MAX bundle and the other limited-time inclusions.

The Resonator is a third party product/sound library so it is not.

I just bought 3.5. I thought Studio Max was supposed to include everything that was out up to the release date of the new version of studio max? Why isn't "resonator" included?

have some questions about TS3.5 max installations

1: i downloaded most libraries trough the web page as Rar/zip files the windows version,
if i want to install it later on mac machine i should download all over again from the mac section ?!

2:when i install all libraries on one PC can i just copy the IK folder i made were all libraries were installed (ST4 Max, MP2, syntronic 2 etc...) to other pc to avoid the tedious installation process from zip files, and then let the IK instruments the path to those libraries on the other PC ?
(Maybe this workaround also work for Mac to just copy the libraries from the Windows PC ?)

A1 I think that the installed libraries on PC and Mac are the same. So you should be able to copy over the complete library. Why not give it a go? You can always go back to the downloads later if you meed to.

A2 Yes, it is what I have done in the past. It's a good way of backing up the library too.

yep thanks, good to know. it takes all day just to install, so if copy and forget is involved you dont have to seat next to the other PC all day to install the sounds libraries again

I see that Studio max 3.5 lists the following Modo drum and Modo bass versions included are

Modo Drum version 1.5
Modo Bass version 1.0

I will assume you then have to upgrade later for both versions as these are not the latest versions ?

MODO DRUM 1 and MODO BASS 1 are included in Total Studio 3.5 MAX. You would need to upgrade to MODO DRUM 1.5 and MODO BASS 2 afterward.
