Irig mic hd2 headphones output

Hi all
I want to use the mic with a phone and relevant vocal software as a stand-alone system and use the headphones as an input into my standard PA. Can I confirm that the headphones out includes at effects that can be added via the vocal software?

Bought the HD2 and it works via headphone jack to pa. Also bought Vocalive and mic room and really struggling with that software. The two apps seem to ignore the other one and want you to rebuy the other app! Frustrating.
