Hi there,
I had a few sound packs installed and working fine already on my PC. I bought an external HDD today so that I could save room on my PC, and have my ST4 and sounds portable if I wanted to go somewhere with my laptop. I installed all my sounds again via the product manager to my new HDD via the 'install to...' option.
Regardless of this it installed to my D: drive anyway which was weird. But I copied the contents over to my extedrnal HDD. I have updated where the sound content is now located in settings and all my packs still have the lock symbol on them.
I read on another post that I may have missed the 'SampleTank 4 Instruments Installer" but I cannot for the life of me figure out where to locate this download. Getting very frustrated and hope I can get some help.
