I sent this question in to IKMedia support, but unfortunately, the answer was not really an answer.
Here is my situation:
I am using the Irig HD2 as my guitar interface. I run it through to my iPad Pro using the C connector and I launch an amp sim software. This gives my guitar a nice distorted sound.
However, when I go live on Facebook Live, the sound that is captured on Facebook Live is the unprocessed sound. In other words, there is no distortion on my guitar whatsoever; just the clean sound goes through.
I'm not sure why this happens, but it defeats the purpose of my using the Irig HD2 if it can't send the processed sound.
Any advice would be veery much appreciated.
