SampleTank vs ST SE Sound Library Question

Hello,

I was hoping I could get some help here. My question is that I have already downloaded and installed SampleTank 4 and its sound library (download size - 83.7 GB). Do I still need to download the SampleTank 4 SE sound library as well (download size - 26.3 GB)?

Logically the answer should be No but I have very little experience with SampleTank and was wondering if the SE is additional content?
