Syntronik 2 Upgrade

Hi,

As an owner of Syntronik 1, I am interested in the recent release of Syntronik 2. It’s somewhat confusing to me as to what the benefits are of upgrading to version 2. If the new software engine can still play my existing synths from Syntronik 1, besides more synths, what are the benefits of upgrading?

If I recall correctly: Syn1 provided 17 instruments, with about 2,100 presets and 38 effects.

Syn 2 provides :
-- 22 instruments (those 17 plus the 5 others from Syn1 Deluxe).
-- just over 4,200 presets (those 2.100, plus ~560 for the other 5 instruments plus nearly 1,500 "Syn2" presets for those 22 synths)
-- those ~1,500 presets allow access to the Syn2 Edit page (I think).
-- 71 effects

Syn2 MAX adds:
-- 11 instruments, with just over 1,500 "Syn2" presets

The Wave Set Browser and new Edit panel functionality are immense improvements and go much, much deeper than the original Syntronik.
