I just got Amplitube 5, the latest version 5.3.0 running under Windows 10.
It was saving presets correctly in the default directory:
C:\Users\...\Documents\IK Multimedia\AmpliTube 5\Presets,
and suddenly stopped saving them. I hit the downward arrow to to save, change some values or rename the patch and it doesn't save. I get no error message, it just quietly fails.
I checked the file and folder permissions on presets and I own all files and folders in that directory. I put in a support request but no answer yet.

There are sometimes issues if you are saving to a folder that's using OneDrive or similar, you might want to take a look at that and at least provide that information to IK Support when they reply too (they'll likely ask first thing anyway).
