how long to receive email with serial number

i've downloaded the free amplitube 5. it is installed and authorized but i've received no email with the serial number. i realize it is xmas day but i thought this would be an immediate email. perhaps i have to wait until employees are working again?

The Serial number for AT5 Custom Shop (i.e. the free edition) is in your User Area / My Product / AmpliTube 5 CS section. As it is already Registered to your User Account, you should be able to Authorize it in the IK Product Manager ("IKPM").
