MODO BASS Serial number can't register

When I was trying to register MODO bass it shows the serial already been used on another account. But I can see the product on the website, then I somehow bought a transfer kit to release the serial but it won't work. No replies from the tickt. Someone please help.

Only Support can resolve the issue for you. You can Reply to any reply from Support, even the auto-acknowledgement email, asking for a progress report / more help etc.
