If you join the GB and a product for €199.99 (e.g. UNO Synth) then you can select bonus products up to that value from the products listed. So you should be OK.

It is too late to confirm that with Sales Support (only a few hours remaining - I do not know if it is based on Italian or US time), but Peter may post here to confirm.

Hey guys, Ive been eyeing the iRig Pro Duo I/O for a while, and I think Im ready to buy. I have 40 Jampoints in my account which would drop the price from $199 to $160. If I make this purchase at $160, will I still be able to claim freebies of up to $199? If so, would that also include the items that are regularly priced over $199 but I have in my crossgrade offer for $199 (ie Sampletron 2, and Mixbox)?

Finally, when will I need to claim my freebies by? I presume if I order today I wont have the iRig in my hands for at least a week.

Maybe someone else can chime in about how a hardware purchase works with the group buy. Jampoints don't affect your freebies; the freebies are based on the pre-Jampoint price. Yes, crossgrade offers would qualify. For example, I purchased Syntronik for $199 and used $15 in Jampoints and was able to select SampleTron 2, MixBox and the Hammond B-3X as freebies.
The freebies need to be redeemed by November 30th, 2021 (30 days after the end of the group buy promotion, which ends Oct 31, 2021).

Thanks for your reply - helped me make the decision to buy. From reading links posted above, it appears my puchase will qualify (MSRP of DUO I/O was $199) but I apparently won't actually be able to register for the group buy until I receive the item. If it takes longer than a week to arrive, then from what I understand I can contact IK support who will help activate the deal for me. After that, I have until the end of November to choose the 24 freebies of $199 or less. Seems like there a few of us in this same boat - if Peter or anyone else can confirm that's how it works for last-minute hardware purchases that would be great. Thanks!

Thank you. Yes, I already own plenty of IK products so almost all prices I can see are upgrade/crossgrade, and I was scared of missing a large part of the promotion. I saw some previous replies by Peter but I wanted to provide explicit examples to be sure.

You will be able to choose products at the crossgrade pricing so in the case of UNO Synth in your example, the crossgrade pricing for those products will be available in your choices if 199.99 or below.

The Cinekinetik collection will qualify as a buy-in and you will get to select your free items. You just can't select the collection as a free item, is all (same with Electromagnetik). However, the individual instruments from each of those collections are available as free choices, it would just take 8 of your choices to get both Cinekinetik and Electromagnetik if you chose something else.

Hey guys. Just checking here - I decided to get an additional product from the promo as the ARC system with mic will no doubt come in handy and the extra 24 freebies won't go amiss! I know I won't have the mic in time to register it, but as it's the software that's part of the group buy, I'm presuming, once my order is processed, I'll still get the access to the ARC software and subsequently an additional 24 downloads for my freebies to use by the end of Nov? Is this assumption correct? Cheers!

I'm curious about this as well since I did the same thing. Since I haven't seen a response to your post and it's been some time since you posted the question, I was curious if your order status was changed to either "In Progress" or "Shipped" and whether you were able to download and register the ARC System 3 software and take advantage of the promotion.
