Analemma - “jazzy” instrumental

Postby mklankin@hotmail.com » Sun Oct 31, 2021 3:04 am

Hey all.

So, this idea is from last year and built upon a 335 guitar. The upbeat “jazzy” backbone is intact but I extended the idea a bit this past week, updated guitar tones from AT4 to AT5 and added some additional 335 as well. Some counterpoint, complex layers and hopefully has a nice finish. Tried to make a decent mix for ya.

Lots of IK stuff this time:
ST4 - Cuban trumpet, 1973 Stage EP, Hammond B-3X, Clavitube E7, Mandolin, Koeln Piano
AT5 - 335 sounds mostly based on Mesa TransAtlantic TA30 but also used “Too Many” preset
TR5 - White 2A, Saturator X, One, Sunset Sound (plate, chamber, live)
MODO Drum - Jazzy kit, go figure
Lurssen - mastering (Jazz, warm)

Hope u dig, daddy-o!
Michael

Hey Michael,

Jeez dude, every time I play another one of your tracks I become more of a fan.

You have such an electric, eclectic style dude and this is such a complement, to hear such diverse musical expression with every release is really stimulating for my ears and a inspirational experience I assure you.

Let's rock!

Cheers, CS :)
