Syntronik does not see my J-60 installed sounds [Resolved]

I have installed and authorized J-60, and I can load it into Sampletank 4, but Syntronik does not see them. In Syntronik standalone they are greyed out. What is going on???

I had the same problem in SampleTank. Try going into Custom Shop and clicking Restore My Purchases.

Maybe try re-installing J-60 Library in Product Manager/Sounds in the "More Options" section (under where it says Installed) and then re-authorize and the Restore My Purchases?

There is only a reinstall and no re-authorization or restore option... I already re-downloaded directly, reinstalled and Syntronik extremely shortly seems to update the database, but no presets show up in Syntronik. Very buggy system...

Try opening Syntronik, then press the settings cogwheel. In the Library window press "Rescan Instruments". Hopefully your J-60 sounds will now appear. I had the same problem when I installed the VCF3. It showed in SampleTank, but not in Syntronik. I managed to finally get it showing up in Syntronik by doing this.

That didn't work. On my other computer it is listed, but there I have a similar problem with an installed Art Deco pack that does not show up in Sample Tank...

There was a recent ST4 update that I missed. After updating, all my new sounds were available. Did you update recently? You can check for updates in the product manager.

I also had problems with sound collections not showing up in Sample Tank 4 when I'd already installed and registered them. I managed to fix this by pressing 'Unauthorize' for ST4 in IK Product Manager then, after I authorized it again, all the missing sound collections appeared in Sample Tank.
